The remake of Kahaani which acted by Vidhya Balan In
Hindi and that film got super duper hit. In Telugu and Tamil, Nayanthara
replace the character of Vidhya balan in both. “Nee enga en Anbe” is the title
for tamil version of Kahaani and it trailer was launched on feb 14th.
Vaibhav plays the lead role in the film and he immediately accept to do the
role after hearing that Nayanthara is a main part of film because, his dream to
act with Nayanthara at once.
During occasion, Director Sekhar Kammulla said that
nayanthara was busy with another project so only she unable to appear in the
trailer launch but, at pre-release press meet she would be appears. In addition,
director says that vidhya Balan is searching for her husband as a pergant lady
in the original version. But, director not feels to give more sympathy by
showing nayanthara as a pergant lady. So, nayanthara will not act as a pergant
lady in this film.
